Our concierge services are designed for long-distance remote vacation and/or second home property owners who are self-managing, via online booking platforms. Playa Bonita 30A Concierge serves as your one-stop partner while you’re away; we care for your home as if it were our own.
Playa Bonita 30A Concierge operates under a monthly service contract significantly less expensive than the commissioned based management company, and because of our in-house philosophy, our personalized edge makes homeowners secure – knowing their property is well taken care of… at all times. A la carte concierge services available (see below.)
In the self-managed model the owner is in control. The owner owns the listing sites (VRBO, AirBnb, etc.), money is deposited directly into owner checking account - no 3rd party interference, owns all marketing material, owns the renter information, sets the pricing, and determines who rents their vacation home. In short, controls their own destiny.
As fellow local vacation rental property owners, the owners of we know first hand how important it is to have someone to be your "eyes and ears". Our services not only protect your investment, but the benefits can be passed on to your guests to enhance their vacation. A happy guest is more likely to return in the future, which in turn benefits you.

Playa Bonita 30A Concierge's core servicing offering is the same inclusive solution offered by the commission based management companies. The exception being marketing and booking services - the owner is responsible to ensure his / her property is booked. Playa Bonita 30A Concierge provides all post booking services to ensure your vacation home is maintained and guests are happy.

Professional cleaning & staging services for your rental. Our cleaning teams execute at a consistent level to ensure guest satisfaction.
Exit Cleaning is NOT offered as a standalone service - only offered in conjunction with Playa Bonita 30A Concierge's core service offering, Hands Free Post Booking Management.

Services to enhance your guest experience (not all inclusive)
- Serve as Single Point of Contact for vacationers leading up to and including beach vacation
- Concierge App to each vacationer introducing Playa Bonita 30A Concierge, along with need to know information, local events during their beach escape, local tourist information, etc.
- Every attempt is made to meet and greet each vacationer within 24 to 48 hours of arrival
- Site visits for resolution or troubleshooting of any issues at vacationers’ request, such as WiFi and cable issues
- Periodic recommendation texts to vacationers
- Periodic check-in text to ensure vacationer comfort with accommodations
- Additional vacationer recommendations
- Special occasion needs, as applicable
- VIP Services are also available upon request, i.e. grocery service upon guest arrival, furniture assembly, interior design services …etc.
The need for having a home watch service is more than just asking a neighbor or cleaner to keep an eye on your property. While it may seem convenient for your neighbor, friend, or cleaner to watch your home, it is not only a huge responsibility, but also a liability. Your home is one of the most expensive purchases you will make in your life.
So what is Home Watch?? Well, essentially it is a service that visits your property 2-4 times a month to perform a visual inspection looking for obvious issues. Our check lists are customized to fit your needs to check for water leaks, mold/mildew, pest/rodents, vandalism, storm damage, lawn, pool, air conditioning and much more.
Having a home watch service is necessary to protect your investment from potential threats. Our purpose is to provide vacation rental and second home homeowners with the peace of mind that your property is protected and maintained during your absence.
Visit home every 7 to 10 days (when not occupied)
Some important checkpoints include, but not limited to:
- Significant issues will be reported to homeowner, homeowner’s association or site property management
- Water and gas leak inspection
- Security of windows, doors, walk around property
- Monthly air filter changeout
- Light bulb replacement, as required
- Battery change in remotes, keyless locks, etc.
- Diagnostics to ensure the following items are in working order: TVs, Internet, Wi-Fi
- Storm Protection
- Monitor vendors, such as furniture deliveries, repair and utility workers, cable installers, pest control and others
- UPS and FedEx package acceptance and delivery
- Lay eyes on verification services
- Delivery services to guests, remote vendor offices, etc.
- Professional maintenance services from our vetted vendors; weather you need a deck sanded and stained or there is a problem during a guest stay
- Emergency contact call-out
- AC filter change out
- Light bulb and battery replacement
- Furniture assembly
- Gas grill spot cleaning
- Trash bin placement and retrieval
- Trash bin cleaning
- On demand light landscaping
- Coordination of any emergency and/or necessary repairs
- Storm prep coordination and post storm assessment
- Battery change in remotes, keyless locks, etc.
